  2. Invoice & Shipping Fees:
    • You will receive an invoice via e-mail.
    • Invoice will include the lowest USPS Priority Mail rate to your shipping zip code.
  3. Payment & Shipping:
    • Shipping is approximately 1—2 business days from receipt of payment.
    • Checks / Money Orders: Shipping is held until check/money order clears issuing bank.
